As a registered charitable 501(c)(3)our primary mission is to rescue and rehabilitate horses that have been abused or neglected in order to place them in loving homes. We act as the safety net in the Coachella Valley to provide shelter and find forever homes so these horses will not be neglected or euthanized.
adoption program
Please contact us if you are interested in adopting a horse.
CV Horse Rescue provides care for rescued horses and intends to rehome them in the
community. Our experience has taught us to choose our adoptive homes carefully to
ensure a good match for both the horse and the new owners. We average three to five
adoptions per year. We take great effort in ensuring our adoptions are forever. We also
have a policy if it does not work out, the adopted horse comes back to us.
